You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. some may be significant only to you. some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experience. - President Hinckley

A Day at the "Races"

We have a couple in our ward who breed and raise horses. They had a little foal born the other morning so I took the kiddos to check it out. Lots of horse manure and dogs and horses, etc. Tyler was fearless of it all. He loved the dog although it was bigger than him and he loved the horses as well. He mostly hung out by the dog or chased the dog rather and yelled at it to "SIT" while pointing his finger at her.

Gwendalin wasn't quite sure, but my cousin Carrie Lynn was here and convinced her that it would be okay to touch one. :)

Hunter discovered the joy of feeding the horses hay and continuously ran from the barn to the pasture to feed them.

Remember when Gwennie was about that age and she would yell at Aggie? "Gaggie, DOWN"

What a treat for the kids--I'm sure they had so much fun!
