You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. some may be significant only to you. some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experience. - President Hinckley

Snow!!

We got some GREAT snowfall on Monday all day.  Which allowed for a slow workday - we played cards midday with some good friends of ours (Wheelocks) and then later that evening when the kids rolled in from school we got dressed in snow clothes and took them out on tubes behind the rhino at the Wheelock's house (they have a large pasture) for some sledding/snow time.  Our neighbor across the street , Karen, saw us getting ready and she came and joined  us - so fun!  Good thing too because I have no snow clothes so my kids took turns riding on her lap.  Tyler was not a big fan - he didn't like the snow on his face and he hates being cold....(must be my kid) but it was a great time anyway. Hot chocolate was a fun warm way to end the evening!

We got more snow last night and school was cancelled today so Hunter shovelled two neighbor's driveways / sidewalks (Bill and Lorna's , and Glovers) and then came and helped me do our walkway as well.  He is an angel!
