You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. some may be significant only to you. some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experience. - President Hinckley

The Big Bang Burn

Our 4th was great! We had dinner with Darin and Shirley and the kids got to swim. After dinner we headed over to Aaron and Candace's house to see Travis' cousins (Jason and Gretchen were here from Spokane). We got some good chat time in and then we did a little diddy of fireworks outside. Dallin loved the lights...there's one picture where he's eating cheese puff and he's mesmerized by the firework that's lit at the moment. He was darling.... We made it all the way through to the end and on the last sparkler of the night, the tip fell off (as they do) and Tyler stepped right on it buring his heel and big toe. He was not a happy little guy - but now it has passed and he loves showing his "Hurt" to anyone who will look at it. Happy Independence Day!

I've hated sparklers since I was like 4 years old and one of the sparks landed on my hand and scared the crap out of me. Ever since then, they freak me out & now I have proof that they are TOTALLY DANGEROUS

We've always done sparklers since I was tiny. Always wondered what the big deal was...now I know. Geez. Hope he heals quickly.

Glad that the hurt was only short term. Who is the curly-Q in the 2nd to last pic? I wish our girls got some curls! Glad that you got to see family on the 4th- those are good times.
