Christmas Fun

Marie was here for Christmas.  She helped the kids track Santa on Christmas Eve a midst the mad chaos of the remodel.  It was fun to have her help with wrapping and to be here on Christmas morning.  Lynn and Jake came up with their family a few days after Christmas and we spent a lot of time hanging out at mom and dad's playing Just Dance or Mario Cart .  Jack loved playing with the boy's legos.  My kids loved holding and playing with baby Anderson.  Good times were had by all.

Neighborhood Carriage Rides...

Our neighborhood put together a night of caroling and sleigh type rides.  We went and enjoyed hot chocolate and a ride through the neighborhood while singing carols!  It was freezing but super fun!

Building Snow Things.

My kids got creative with the neighbors on Sunday afternoon and borrowed their snow and ours to make several snow things.  Our neighbor got creative with a spray pump used for week killer and filled it with colored water to color the snow things...the kids were in heaven.  We really live in an amazing place.  The kids had a blast sliding on the road in sleds and building their "snow pigs, men, etc."  Thanks for your help Jason and Karen.

Sledding Fun!

I took the kids up the hill so they could try out some down hill sledding....they  had a blast...there were some serious bums that caught them some good air....the laughter was hysterical.  I loved to watch!

It snowed.  Dallin came out dressed like this and announced he was ready to go sledding.  I couldn't stop laughing.

The Arizona adventure!

The day we arrived in AZ, Gwendalin went with Marie Rich and I and she got a pedicure while we got manicures.  We enjoyed lots of cousin time, lots of trips to QT for soda.  Games, movies, GM/GP time.  Good visiting with family after Thanksgiving dinner, lots of looking at ads for good deals.  I even went with Nancy and had a chemical peel done on my face....I don't think it did anything...that was disappointing, but  it was fun to hang out...We saw the movie Frozen with Nikki and her kids and also Nancy's kids the day after Thanksgiving...it was so so cute.  Travis took the older boys and Dallin and saw Thor while we saw Frozen.  Hunter enjoyed a sleepover with Bryant and also with Payson.  The little boys loved Brock and Bryce and playing endless computer games at GM/GP's house.
